At Second Female, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new items aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is unworn and in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
